The Solution to the Problem
Dying for the Lord Jesus Christ is constantly denying ourselves for what we want from this world and being separated from those who do not accept who Jesus Christ is, which is Lord of Lords and King of Kings. The scripture quotes, “Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.””
In Christ Jesus’ death, we are alive again forevermore, even if we perish here on the Earth. The psalm of David says, “Depart from evil, and do good; And dwell forevermore.” Since the problem of life is being separated from life because of death, the solution to that problem is dying in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ so you may be granted a life that cannot and will not perish forever and ever. Meditate on the scripture when the Lord Jesus flipped over the tables in the tabernacle and told the merchants “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” Also, meditate on the scripture when Apostle Paul said “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” We rejoice in the suffering that we endure in the name of the Son of Man because we understand that just as our Lord and Savior was raised up from the dead, on the third day, by the power of God, the same will happen to us if we fully submit ourselves to the same sacrifice of our Lord and Savior.
Bishop Omar Thibeaux, a man of God, once stated that “Faith is based on knowing who God is, believing in God, and trusting that God is there for you.” Believing in something or someone is knowing who or what they are. And the only way that we can learn to know who The Heavenly Father is by reading the word of God, which is the Holy Bible. Would you prepare for a lawsuit without knowing the case or not having probable cause backed by evidence? Would you enter into an exam with no prior training on the knowledge of the subject matter? Therefore, to know who the Lord is you need to study and ponder on who He is, and the only proper and acceptable way to do that is by reading the word of God. Knowing who God is, by reading the bible, will give you an understanding of who He is, and that is where the power of God is hidden, in His understanding imparted to us.
After knowing who God is and gaining an understanding of God, you will begin to believe in Him and His power. Western civilization has deceived many into thinking that what you see is what you believe, but I disagree. What you believe in is what you know to be true. With the Holy Bible being a record of history and testimonies of many different men and women experiencing the Lord God in different times in the past, plus the evidence shown in modern times by the help of archaeology, science, technology, and etymology, we have a plethora of evidence supporting the fact that God is real, that Jesus Christ died and lived again, and the events in the Bible really did happen. King Solomon cleverly tells us all to, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” As you can see by the wisdom of Jedidiah, trusting the Lord Jesus Christ will grant an understanding of His ways which will lead you to green pastures.
The Lord Jesus Christ himself has said, “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” And as we have discovered in the purpose of life, the light came from God before His creation, so therefore the goodness of God is “...the way, the truth and the life…” The ‘way’ that leads to salvation is by confessing your sins and by repentance of those sins with godly sorrow. Shine a light on the things you keep in the dark of your mind before the Lord comes and judges you in what you keep inside of your heart and mind and soul. You don’t necessarily need to tell the ecclesia about your sins, because every person is responsible for their own life. As stated by the Apostle Paul, “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,” and therefore if we all go into the secret place individually, fall to our knees, and repent with a godly sorrow, then we find our Salvation, our Rock, our Lord Jesus Christ. Traditional religion, widespread doctrine, and gatekeeping has beefed up this generation of church members with excessive pride (hubris) copying exactly the Scribes and Pharisees who opposed the Lord Jesus when he walked on the earth. Go to the Lord Jesus yourself by praying with godly sorrow. I myself have done evil to the Lord by committing sins and I went to him personally to ask for forgiveness, and you the believer, the called, and even the anointed need to humble yourself and do the same.
The ‘truth’ is in Jesus Christ, because He is God, and therefore “God is not a man that he should lie…” To do evil, is to speak falsely. Our words and what we say gets us into trouble more often than what we do. Commit to your memory of this psalm by King David, “Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips.” Solomon quotes in the book of Proverbs this also, “He who guards his mouth preserves his life, But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.” Commit this wisdom to memory also. The Apostle Peter also says that, “For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile.” God created most of the world and created life with just His word(s). And since the purpose of ‘life’ is good, and the word of God is access to the goodness of God, then let our speech be of truth and integrity and goodness and not lies and slander and deceit. And truth is also like a mountain that does not move and cannot be moved, which is the same in where the book of Hebrews quotes, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Our Rock and our Salvation, living forever and ever, Amen.
Once again, the solution to the problem of death is stated by the Apostle Paul, “Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day...” It is good to die in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, then it is to do evil and be separated from the living God.
